Guided Summer Pack Trips

Just let us know what you would like to do; ride horses and explore the beautiful Nevada mountains all day, or maybe just spend a day kicked back and relaxed at a great little fishing hole with your favorite beverage. Sneak up and watch the magnificent Desert Sheep Rams butting heads - or perhaps a fall trip in September to ride in and listen to the mighty majestic Elk bugling.

Our service provides customized trips for your convenience. You may choose one of any of the three Wilderness areas we're permitted for here in Central Nevada and tell us what your preferences are. Then sit back and allow us to help you make your pack trip a vacation to remember.

Bring the kids for a great family outing or come alone for a great little get-away. Best of all, you decide on how many days your trip will be. We’ll provide you with everything but your personal gear. A very comfortable camp with an excellent cook and food, your riding and pack horses and a great time. If you have your own favorite riding horse or mule, you're welcome to bring him. Please, just be sure he’s in shape for the ride!

Bring your camera! On your trip you'll see native Nevada wildlife in their natural setting. There are mule deer, elk, mountain lion, golden eagles, and big horn sheep, just to name a few.

Your camp will be located in lush alpine meadows, in an Aspen grove, near a crystal clear creek. There are many diverse and spectacular plants, flowers and foliage to behold in these areas. Browse around the camp and you can discover some of the old Basque sheepherder carvings on the trees. Many date back to the 1930’s, and at least one is from as far back as 1907.
